Non-messy Breakfast in Bed Ideas

It's Mother's Day and breakfast in bed is a great idea, but who wants a mess?  Here's some breakfast in bed ideas that aren't messy.

1. Yogurt parfait. Layer yogurt with granola and fresh fruits in a glass or jar for a neat and delicious treat.

2. Smoothie bowl. Blend up a smoothie with your favorite fruits and pour it into a bowl. Top it with nuts, seeds, and sliced fruits for a wholesome breakfast.

3. Egg muffins. Bake individual egg muffins with vegetables and cheese. They're easy to eat with a fork and aren't messy.

4. Fruit salad. Prepare a colorful fruit salad with a variety of fruits like berries, melons, and citrus fruits. Serve it in a bowl or on a skewer for a refreshing breakfast.

5. Avocado toast. Spread mashed avocado on toasted bread and top it with sliced tomatoes, a sprinkle of salt, and a drizzle of olive oil. It's simple and tidy.

6. Overnight oats. Prepare overnight oats in a jar with oats, milk, yogurt, and your favorite mix-ins like fruits, nuts, or seeds. In the morning, simply grab a spoon and enjoy.

7. Pancakes or waffles. Make a batch of pancakes or waffles and serve them with a selection of toppings like fresh berries, maple syrup, or nut butter. They're easy to eat with a fork and aren't overly messy if toppings are kept minimal.

8. Breakfast quesadilla. Fill a tortilla with scrambled eggs, cheese, and your favorite veggies. Fold it in half and lightly grill it for a delicious and tidy breakfast option.
