If you're not completely satisfied with your Queen Anne Pillow, you can exchange it, adjust it, or return it. The terms for each of these offers are outlined in the drop downs below.

EXCHANGES

Your exchange must be started within 30 days of delivery, and once initiated please ship back the old pillow within 10 days. We will not honor exchanges outside of this time frame.

Customers are allowed one exchange per order and per household, but an exchanged pillow can't later be returned. 

To start your exchange, email info@queenannepillow.com. 

RETURNS

The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping on all pillow returns – currently $20 per pillow.

Your return must be started within 30 days of delivery, and once initiated please ship back the old pillow within 10 days. We will not honor returns outside of this time frame.

Returns are not accepted on pillow orders of two or more pillows, so please make sure you love your pillow before ordering more than one. On pillow orders of more than one pillow, we will only honor a refund for one pillow. You may choose to exchange your pillows for something more comfortable and either pay or be refunded the difference.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not currently offer shipping internationally, including to Canada, without prior approval.  Please contact us at info@queenannepillow.com if wishing to order and ship internationally.

We do not accept exchanges or returns on international orders or for orders shipped outside the continental United States. Queen Anne products purchased online and shipped outside the United States may be subject to duties and taxes. If you are making a purchase, it is your responsibility to understand which duties and taxes you may be responsible for. These taxes and duties will not show up in your purchase price and Queen Anne will not accept responsibility for taxes and duties applied to your shipments.
