We want you to have the best night’s sleep possible. We're happy to offer exchanges and adjustments based on your comfort preferences.  Soft to medium, medium to firm, we can change that!  Just let us know how we can make it right and we'll find you a new pillow even better suited to your sleep style.

 

EXCHANGES

The customer will be responsible for any price differences that may arise between pillows.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping on all exchanges  currently set at $22.00 per pillow.

Your request must be started within 30 days of product delivery. We will not honor exchanges outside of this time frame.

We ask that old pillows be shipped back to our company within 10 days of your request. We will not honor exchanges returned outside of this time frame. The customer will be responsible for all costs associated with returning their pillow if an exchange is late. 

If requested, exchanged pillows should be shipped back in their original Queen Anne shipping box, or a box of equal or smaller size as the original shipping box. Customers will be charged a $50.00 fee for returned shipments of excess size. Queen Anne will not send out your pillow exchange until we have received your original pillow order. Please include your original packing slip. If your exchange is being shipped back to a different address than your original order, please note that on your packing slip.

Your new or adjusted pillow will be shipped within 7-10 business days of the arrival of your original pillow order to our company.

Customers are allowed one exchange per order and per household. If your exchange is for a pillow of greater value than your original order, you will be asked to pay the difference between the two products.

Exchanges, adjustments, and returns will NOT be accepted without completion of the appropriate above process. Pillows that arrive unannounced and without prior notification will immediately be donated to local charity.  We will not offer refunds or exchanges on these unannounced arrivals.

 

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your pillow, we are happy to accept your return (though if comfort is your primary product concern, we hope that you will first give us a chance to exchange your pillow for something more to your liking).

Returns are not accepted on “Sale” items or bulk/bundled pillow orders of two or more pillows – so please make sure you love your pillow before ordering more than one.

On pillow orders of more than one pillow, we will only honor a refund for one pillow (except in the case of damaged products or when we have mis-shipped a product). You may choose to exchange your pillows for something more comfortable and either pay or be refunded the difference.

We do not currently offer shipping internationally, including to Canada, without prior approval.  Please contact us at info@queenannepillow.com if wishing to order and ship internationally.

Queen Anne products purchased online and shipped outside the United States may be subject to duties and taxes. If you are making a purchase, it is your responsibility to understand which duties and taxes you may be responsible for. These taxes and duties WILL NOT show up in your purchase price and Queen Anne will not accept responsibility for taxes and duties applied to your shipments.
