EXCHANGES

We want you to have the best night’s sleep possible. To that end, we are happy to offer exchanges, adjustments, and refunds based on your comfort preferences. 

To initiate your exchange, have your original packing slip ready. Email info@queenannepillow.com. Include your order number, email address, telephone number, which pillow you currently have, and which pillow you would like to receive in exchange.

The customer will be responsible for any price differences that may arise between the two pillows. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping on all exchanges – currently set at $22.00 per pillow.

DOWN AND FEATHER REFUND DISCLOSURE: Because the cost of down and feather is so high and our margins are so low (to keep our prices down), we do not accept exchanges on Queen Anne pillows filled with down, feathers, or a combination of down and feather. We are happy to offer down and feather pillow adjustments. Please see the ADJUSTMENTS section below for more information.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept exchanges on international orders or for orders shipped outside the continental United States. Queen Anne products purchased online and shipped outside the United States may be subject to duties and taxes. If you are making a purchase, it is your responsibility to understand which duties and taxes you may be responsible for. These taxes and duties WILL NOT show up in your purchase price and Queen Anne Pillow will not accept responsibility for taxes and duties applied to your shipments.

Your Exchange Request must be completed within 30-days of product delivery. We will not honor exchanges outside of this time frame. Your old pillow must be shipped back to our company within 10 days of your Exchange Request. We will not honor exchanges returned outside of this time frame. The customer will be responsible for all costs associated with returning to them a pillow that is exchanged late.

Exchanged pillows should be shipped back in their original Queen Anne Pillow shipping box, or a box of equal or smaller size as the original shipping box. Customers will be charged a $50.00 fee for returned shipments of excess size. Queen Anne Pillow will not send out your pillow exchange until we have received your original pillow order. Please include your original packing slip.

If your exchange is being shipped back to a different address than your original order, please note that on your packing slip.

Your new or adjusted pillow will be shipped within 7-10 business days of the arrival of your original pillow order to our company.

Customers are allowed one exchange per order and per household. If your exchange is for a pillow of greater value than your original order, you will be asked to pay the difference between the two products.

Exchanges, adjustments, and returns will NOT be accepted without completion of the appropriate process (detailed above). Pillows that arrive unannounced and without prior notification will immediately be donated to local charity. We will not offer refunds or exchanges on these unannounced arrivals.

ADJUSTMENTS

We do not offer refunds or returns on our Down and Feather filled pillows (outside of our One-Year Conditional Warranty outlined below). We are happy to offer adjustments on down and feather filled pillows. An adjustment allows you to send your pillow back and we will add or remove fill based on your preference for a fuller or less full pillow.

To initiate your adjustment, have your original packing slip ready. Email info@queenannepillow.com. Include your order number, email address, telephone number, which pillow you currently have, and your preference to have the pillow adjusted to be more or less full.

We will up or down adjust your pillow to the next corresponding fill level. Please check your products listing page on our website to understand the differences in fill ounces between products and to make any adjustments that may fall outside of these corresponding levels (i.e. "I need something MUCH more firm than the firm fill offering.").

The customer may be responsible for any price differences that arise between the level of fill.

The customer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping on all adjustments – currently set at $22.00 per pillow.

Returns are not accepted on “Sale” items, items purchased with a promo code, or bulk/bundled pillow orders of two or more pillows – so please make sure you love your pillow before ordering more than one.

ONE-YEAR CONDITIONAL WARRANTY

All of Queen Anne’s Pillows come with a One Year Warranty. If you have any of the following issues, we will happily exchange your pillow or provide 100% refund of your original purchase price:

This Warranty covers:

  • Loose or broken stitching 
  • Loose or broken seems 
  • Loose tags 
  • Escaping filling

This Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage created by cleaning in excess of recommended care instructions 
  • Stains and discoloration 
  • Cuts, rips, or tears 
  • Damage created through improper or long-term storage 
  • Damage caused by the Customer or members of the household

This Warranty will only be honored on pillows returned to our company, pending our inspection, and after Queen Anne Pillow Company’s Warranty approval.

If it is determined that your pillow is damaged for reasons outside of a production error or normal and reasonable wear and tear, your Warranty and refund or exchange will not be honored. Damaged pillows that we receive but which are not covered by this Warranty can be returned to the customer. In this event, the Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and charges.
