Every year 1.3 million children experience homelessness in the United States. Nearly 50% of the homeless population is homeless families. Homeless families may not be chronically homeless, but rather in “transition”, having temporarily lost employment or affordable housing. Queen Anne Pillow believes no child deserves to be homeless.
