Hold the pillow by the Queen Anne tag and gently shake it several times to move fill away from the zipper opening. This prevents fibers from catching in the zipper.

Step 2: Open the Hidden Zipper

Locate the discreet zipper positioned under the tag along the purple piped edge. Open carefully.

Step 3: Customize Your Loft

• Remove fill to soften the pillow.

• Add fill from the included refill bag to increase support.

We recommend adjusting gradually. Small changes make a noticeable difference.

Step 4: Close and Fluff

Zip the pillow closed and fluff evenly to redistribute the fill.
