Return Request Form

TERMS:

If you are not satisfied with your pillow, we are happy to accept your return (though if comfort is your primary product concern, we hope that you will first give us a chance to exchange your pillow).

Returns are not accepted on “Closeout Sale” items or bulk/bundled pillow orders of more than four pillows – so please make sure you love your pillow before ordering a whole case.

To initiate your Return, have your original packing slip ready.

Please fill out the Return Request Form below. If you experience any problems, or have questions about the form, you may call Customer Care at 855.95.QUEEN.

  • Your Return Request must be completed within 30-days of product delivery. We will not honor returns outside of this time frame.
  • Your pillow return must be shipped back to our company within 10 days of your Return Request. We will not honor exchanges returned outside of this time frame. The customer will be responsible for all costs associated with returning a pillow back to them.
  • Returned pillows should be shipped back in their original Queen Anne Pillow shipping box, or a box of equal or smaller size as the original shipping box with the original packing slip. Customers will be charged a $50.00 fee for returned shipments of excess size.
  • Monetary refunds will be issued within 5 business days of delivery of your returned pillow to Queen Anne Pillow Company. Refunds will not be issued prior to receiving your pillow in our manufacturing facility.
  • These Return Terms also apply to pillows being returned under our One-Year Conditional Warranty.
