Pillow Exchange Shipping Purchase




Add the number of pillows you are exchanging to the Shopping Cart above and then press “Add to Cart”. Then fill out the Exchange Form below. If you experience any problems, or have questions about the form, you may call Customer Care at 855.95.QUEEN.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping on all exchanges – currently set at $16.00 per pillow. We will email you your return shipping label after you checkout. 

After submitting the above form, Click Here to visit your shopping cart and pay for your exchange shipping. We will email you your paid return shipping label after your payment has been made.

  • Remember, your Exchange Request must be completed within 30-days of product delivery. We will not honor exchanges outside of this time frame.
  • Your old pillow must be shipped back to our company within 10 days of your Exchange Request. We will not honor exchanges returned outside of this time frame. The customer will be responsible for all costs associated with returning a late exchanged pillow back to them.
  • Exchanged pillows should be shipped back in their original Queen Anne Pillow shipping box, or a box of equal or smaller size as the original shipping box. Customers will be charged a $50.00 fee for returned shipments of excess size. Queen Anne Pillow will not send out your pillow exchange until we have received your original pillow order. Please include your original packing slip. If your exchange is being shipped back to a different address than your original order, please note that on your packing slip.
  • Customers are allowed one exchange per order and per household. If your exchange is for a pillow of greater value than your original order, you will be asked to pay the difference between the two products.
  • Your new or adjusted pillow will be shipped within 7-10 business days of the arrival of your original pillow order to our company.
  • Exchanges, adjustments, and returns will NOT be accepted without completion or the above Exchange Request Form.
  • Pillows that arrive unannounced and without Request Form notification will immediately be donated to local charity. We will offer no refunds or exchanges on these arrivals.
